The Big Buddhah Trip – Photo Diary

This was a trip I have planned to do for some time now. After arriving in Hong Kong just fourteen months ago, I decided to give it ago and tick off some tourist attractions from my lists. This week I visited the Science Museum in Tst to see the dinosaur exhibition. Unfortunately though my camera let me down but luckily for you my camera was in ship shape for the Big Buddah trip. So here goes.

These photos really don’t do do the day justice. It was a spectacular trip with the most wonderful weather and I would recommend any new expats to Hong Kong to go visit the Big Buddah while the weather is still good. Tourists should plan ahead as around peak seasons, expect a 1-3 hour wait for the cable cars.

For cable cars – exit from Tung Chung station – Tickets range from 105 – 235 dollars. This is depending on single/round trips and the type of cable that you choose to ride.

Trip rating – 10/10
